Towards a Participatory Environment in the Nile Basin: Strengthening the Role of Women
Introduction:
Nile for Peace Initiative presents the following study “Towards a Participatory Environment in the Nile Basin: Strengthening the Role of Women“. The study addresses the role of women in building development in the Nile Valley Basin, as well as the role of women in peace-building, while focusing on their role in solving the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam (GERD) crisis, and concludes with an overview of the future of women in Africa between opportunities and challenges.
